if you have well water DON'T BUY if you don't have instant water heater DON'T BUY FIND OUT WHO THE INSTALLER WILL BE.... IF IT IS BRANDON DON'T BUY IF BRANDON SHOWS UP TO INSTALL REFUSE SHIPMENT. only been able to use tub once BEFORE needed service. 1ST water pipe was not correctly install and water flood the floor. From that we needed a new control panel as lights and jets and heater did not work... Then the drain does not work as it was install incorrectly and have Tech said that they have to take out tub as the drain is under the tub.... so as it we are not able to use tub part of it because of drain.. Right now the only one who gets to use and enjoy the tub is the dog, who like to sleep in it.

The installation team arrived timely as scheduled. The lead installer Mr. Arch was professional, meticulous, and demonstrated a dedicated work ethic. At the onset and conclusion of each phase of the installation process he held a review and sought our approval of the work completed. Next, he explained in detail how each feature worked, (he understood how the tub functioned and took pride in teaching us what to expect when bathing or showering) the benefits of the model ( for massaging, heat, music, treating arthritic limbs, etc.) the warnings ( what not to do) concerning upkeep and maintenance, and also offered his kind thoughts about my family enjoying this investment for many years to come. Mr. Arch was a complete pleasure and our family will ALWAYS REMEMBER HIM. I am happy about this purchase and loved my first jetted bath....listening to Frank Sinatra. The SOUND FROM THE TUB IS INCREDIBLE!!! THANKS!!!

My husband and I are very Pleased with our new Safe step walk in tub.I personally am very grateful for all of you and the guys who worked all day installing my new tub, it has made an amazing difference in my life as I have been through numerous back surgeries and have issues with my legs. I'm forever grateful to you all for giving me this opportunity to have some relief 💕

First contact was Patrick, sales. The home visit was prompt, relaxed, and informative. No high pressure speech. Tub was beautifully installed two weeks later. Bathroom looks perfect. Installers were also prompt, professional, and efficient. We are totally enjoying our safestep tub.

Reed and I recently purchased a Safe Step Walk in Tub which was not cheap. That being said it leaks in the basement, there is caulking everywhere, the shower curtain hangs about a foot on the base of the shower floor, cracked the wood on the window and left a sharp plastic strip on the outside edge of shower on the tile floor. So far I fell on the shower curtain and Reed cut his foot on the sharp plastic strip. When I called to complain they said why did I sign the contract saying that everything looked good. Not for nothing they were here for at least 12 hours and it was dark and hard to see the imperfections, and how can you tell that it leaks if you were told not to use the shower for 24 hours. We would not recommend this company to anyone.So far I fell on the shower curtain and Reed cut his foot on the sharp plastic strip.That being said they charged us alot of money for a half ass job and are refusing to take money off our bill. Absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Anyway we have already spoken to our attorney John and he is going to handle this matter moving forward. Now I’m going to contact the better business bureau and fill them in about the job and the customer service representative Kevin Blair.

Safe Step Walk-In Tub experience was great. The install team were great. I give them a 10+.

The salesman was tremendous, the installers were tremendous, the manuals are tremendous, and everything about the tub is tremendous except I cannot get enough hot water (water heater set on max heat) to fully enjoy the tub. Do you have a water heater for the tub and a more powerful pump that I can purchase and install.
