I wouldn't buy one of these water wasting things for any reason in this day and time of water shortages anyone that buys one of these things is just selfish and basically not very smart. So you sit in your expensive tub put 50 to 80 gallons of water you relax wash and then stand up and everything you just washer off goes right back on your like a skimmer. Only a non thinking person would buy one of these wasteful worthless products

We had a chair lift installed it is very loud and squeaks. The guy who installed it said if we need to fix that we can call support. Not sure why it wasn't fixed when installed. Had to call several times before someone helped me. Got my fingers crossed they will actually call and stand behind their product.

The installers did a great job of modifying the wall/doorway to fit the walk-in tub into the proper space. The salesperson did an amazing job.

The sales team came out the same day that my husband called! My husband was adamant about purchasing a SafeStep; I could’ve by passed due to the price! The process went smooth. The first tub was too small as he tested it in the driveway! Mt husband requested a larger one and sent it back! We experienced no problems! It has been installed since March 2026! The installers were also top tier! The only problems that I have is: 1. We did not receive a remote and we got the MicroSoothe(top of the line)2. They tell you that they give you a discount to replace the hot water tank if needed! It’s needed! We have a 50 gallon and it’s not enough hot water when there is a family living in the house! We were told that a 75 gal wouldn’t fit in the opening to the attic to get a larger tank. So now we’re looking at a $5000 tankless water heater! We need the hot water to use the tub🥺🙄🤦🏾‍♀️ I think I’m more upset that I didn’t get a $119 remote free!

Over priced POS. Rip off artist go to Lowe's and get you jacuzzi tub for 6 to $700 easy to hook up yourself if not plumber will do it for under $200 don't fall for this rip-off bullshit they think they have a monopoly and they corner the market they're nothing but a bunch of ass wipes ripping people off especially the elderly you can get a full size jacuzzi that holds eight people with more Jets a lot nicer and in some cases I ramp for people that are disabled or handicapped or paralyzed from the waist down or the waist up

We couldn’t be happier with the work of Carlos and his crew. I was impressed with there ability to perform, what I thought was going to be a very difficult job,that resulted in a beautiful installation. Highly recommend Carlos!

I did a lot of research on line, read about several companies, I really just wanted the cost as I understand what aromatherapy is, how they were built... hence just wanting a cost. Informed them, when they walked through the door. 1st problem, I was told a woman would be here, 2 men showed up. I am a widow did not appreciate the switcheroo. Showed him bathroom, electrical and hot water heater. Nothing said about small water heater which by other customers reviews can be an issue. He wanted to launch into a big presentation, during this I told him 4 times I just wanted a price. He finally got that I was getting irritated. I explained I worked sales for years, real estate in fact, if a customer repeated something over and over I didn't continue to do that same thing. Then John jumped in to tell me what a poor job Joe did, Joe apologizes, John says I actually texted Kevin to tell him could I fire you here and now.. seriously?.. . Then he proceeds to mansplain why I needed to listen to how the tub is installed, and he bet I didn't know about the bells and whistles. These being features that upgrade the cost. Oh, Joe had given me the cost just before this, and I am aware that extra features cost extra, as he continued to scold me I got mad. They were asked to leave. By their shocked reaction, this doesn't happen very often. I sold real estate, new construction primarily, so I understand concepts of upgrades, features and costs. And I don't care about how it is installed, I EXPECT they know how to do it. I do not have the patience to sit through dog and pony shows. When I tell you I have done research, I have. But to be told there is a psychology of color, aromatherapy etc. Was insulting. Boys, you need to read the person, not assume this female needs to be instructed, scolded or mansplained. I have always been capable, I deal with making expensive complicated decisions all the time, my husband knew this and you shouldn't assume I don't. At the very least, don't piss off a woman.
