I must say this experience has been informative. They were on time, and on task. The demo was quick and the install took into account my choices when one was requested. The install chief was dedicated to clean up. The only thing he didn't do was to wash the bathroom floor. I would recommend.

I would love to give them no stars but that was not an option. During the buying process they make it sound good. The tub I currently have has been repaired three times and still doesn’t work. I called due to it leaking water and had to wait two weeks for it to be repaired. The tub is still leaking and cannot be used by my husband who spent 24 days in the hospital. He had to wait two weeks for it to be repaired and still doesn’t hold water. I called reported the issue someone called me on Monday told me a Supervisor would call and still no one has called and it is Wednesday.

We were a little concerned about the installation of our Safe Step tub due to having a small bathroom in an old home. The installers, Bob and Tim, definitely had to implement their problem solving skills and much muscle power but they got the scary job done well. We were impressed with their top quality work.
