Just want to update that I still have received no follow up regarding the inward swinging door that makes accessing the tub a major feat for me. This was a concern when the salesman was making his pitch but he assured me the door was no big deal. I am now paying someone else to remove it as it is too painful for me to use. I have psoriatic arthritis and if you have any flexibility issues this tub is NOT for you. I make sure and let everyone know not to buy one every chance I get. I have gathered corporate dues not care as the follow up call I was told was coming never came. I did get a hard copy of the paperwork finally after about six months. Don’t bother with your cursory apology asking me to make contact. You have my info, call me if you want to make it right. I will continue reviewing negatively every time I get the chance. I will be glad to update my reviews should I ever get satisfaction from Safe Step. I’m not holding my breath but I guess one could be surprised. Ronnica Henry

FANTASTIC PRODUCT AND INSTALLER We have been really happy with our Safe Step Tub. The work was completed in a timely manner; in fact, much earlier than expected. The installer and his crew showed up on time and wasted no time in setting things up. I was amazed at the lack of dust and no Debrie was missed. We had a small area to work in; yet he was able to remove all the old shower enclosure and glass doors and also cut out part of the wall. When all was completed; everything was perfect! We love our new bathroom and all the new, easy to use, new features. Thanks to all who helped make this a perfect and easy transition from old to new!

High quality product installed by excellent craftsmen in record time… only one day! Final inspection yielded no discrepancies and a terrific shower 24 hours later with minimal cleanup. Final assessment: EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS, satisfied customers.

The salesman comes into your house, takes off his shoes and takes over the TV so he can plug in his video. And then the sales pitch. The problem is he lied. Two big issues: One- you need an 80 gallon water heater to fill the Safe Step. He told us our new 40 gallon would be enough. Secondly, it’s very hard to get out of the tub. I’m 5’ 4” and average weight and I have to twist and turn to open the door. It’s a rip off. There are other less esteemed products that provide therapeutic aquatic healing. Look around. And do not make A Decision at the moment even when the sales guy says…offer only good right now. bs.

A great job, The tub was installed and operating in 4-5 hours. we waited to the next day for a trial run as some silicone sealer needed to set. the tub exceeded our expectations. a truly step up. all the features work well. a real addition to our condo.

The initial presentation was lengthy, but informative. After purchasing we were given a timeline detailed with what to expect and it was exactly as promised. Installation went well, but they marred my bedroom door trim a bit accidentally, but old English fixed it right up. The electrician didn’t show up for a week to run power to it, so I couldn’t use the jets (only water) the first week. Safe Step refunded us $200 for the delay which I never expected. It hasn’t been used fully enough to evaluate further, but the purchasing, installation, customer service and their effort has been excellent. You are treated like family. Thank you Safe Step. I will add another review in the future after a few weeks of usage.
