It is really rejuvenating and relaxing
It is really rejuvenating and relaxing. My husband and I love it! Our only regret is that we waited so long to get one.

Impressive and very professional
The installers came at the time they said they would. They had the old tub out and the new walk-in shower installed within 4 hrs. Afterwards they cleaned up and hauled away the entire mess. Asked our opinion for location of hand hold bars. They made sure we knew how everything worked before they left. They were very professional!

Worry free turnkey instsllation with skilled professionals plus outstanding sales support on time and 100%…
Installation team was on time and 100% professional and highly skilled. Old tub out and new one in quickly. Tub looks beautiful. Very neat work. Did a thorough walk through and everything works as expected. Mother loves her new bathing experience. The turnkey project i was hoping for and more! Resting easy with lifetime warranty.

The installation went exactly as promised.
The installers were very proficient and completed the install and cleaned up everything. They went through all of the features and demonstrated how we worked each of them. We are very pleased with everything.

Extremely not happy...
The air jets haven't worked for about a month now. Called and left 3 messages, no reply. Found out we didn't have the right number to call (???). Finally was given the correct number and finally our call was returned. Been playing phone tag with the repairman for about a week as he called twice on the day he was in the area and unfortunately we were not home. Set a date for today (Monday 10-24-22) and he was a no show...no call or text or anything. Not to mention one side of the tub wall was cut jagged (not smooth like the other side) and on that same side our wall is messed up. Will have to call a professional to fix the wall as we are not sure how to fix it now. I was going to let that part slide, but I am really frustrated now. For the price we paid for the tub we could have had a new car...wish we had bought a car instead. At the end of this review it asks for our order number so the company can identify us and reply. I have looked through our papers and can not find a order number, just the name of the rep which is Dan Pospisil.

We love the tub
We love the tub! The installation team was on time, cleaned up after the installation and were very efficient. The only negative I had was not all the parts for my special L-shaped shower curtain rod came so we're still waiting on that. We're very impressed with the product and professionalism of the team.

Very professional
Very professional, clean work, worked hard all the way to the end I can not be more happier with another company Safe step is the truth the tub work fine No issue my mother loves it I would hire this company and buy the product 10 times over Well Done Safe Step
