10/10 would recommend to anyone! When I first got my license the only way to take a 5 hour course was in person, I live in such a small area we offered the course once every 6 months. TBH I think its probably better for people with zero driving experience to take the course in person because it sticks more that way, I do still think as long as the person pays attention during this course that they will walk away with at the minimum better knowledge of how the road works. With all that said for me personally being able to take this on my own time, from home was a game changer. I could have been eating pancakes while studying to get licensed... what more could I ask for? I will say I ran into a problem with Module 5 Unit 5, and because I'm a procrastinator I really needed it solved. After watching the embedded video twice and still being stuck I gave the company a call and believe it or not I IMMEDIATELY was talking to a human??? In 2026 they still have actual staff prepared to help you make sure that you complete the test on time. I wish I could remember the dudes name, because I genuinely was shocked at how fast they solved the issue.

Thank you for this fantastic 5-star review! We absolutely love the enthusiasm and the pancakes analogy. You're right that the flexibility to learn on your own time from home is a game changer for many students. We're especially proud that you had such a positive experience reaching out for help. That's exactly what Jayson, one of our newest team members, is all about. Your feedback about actually getting a human on the phone who could help quickly is exactly the kind of customer service we want to deliver, and Jayson truly exemplifies that. No annoying AI phone agents here. Thank you for taking the time to share this review and for giving a shout-out to our team. We appreciate you choosing Safe Drivers Academy!

This was a thorough and easy-to-use online traffic school website to use. My son recommended it to me and I am 100% satisfied with my experience. I have used other websites and this is by far the best one I have used yet.

This is a very effective and focused course. All the instructions are very clear and it's easy to navigate. I really appreciated that it's set up so that you don't have to complete it in one sitting - it's very easy to pick up where you left off. And you will likely learn new things about driving that you may have already thought you knew. The only recommendation I'd have for improving the course would be to add more visual materials and graphics to explain/illustrate the material more clearly.

Thank you for your detailed 4-star review, Eric! We're pleased to hear that you found the course effective and focused, with clear instructions and easy navigation. We're also glad the flexibility to pick up where you left off worked well for you, and that you learned new things about driving despite your experience. Your suggestion about adding more visual materials and graphics is great feedback. We'll take that into consideration as we continue to refine our course content. Visual illustrations can definitely help clarify complex concepts. Since you had such a positive overall experience, we'd love to know if the addition of more graphics and visuals would be what it takes to earn that 5th star, or if there's something else we could improve. Thank you for choosing Safe Drivers Academy!

After the initial maneuvering of the course I had a question and it was immediately answered. I had a following question and they phoned me, as the email response helped but did not solve my problem. For that response I give you 5 starts and a recommendation. Speaking to a live person was a bonus!
