Course material was very good. Help line not so much. Had a start up issue and tried to use both the chat option and telephone support. Both were a failure, no call back or response on chat. I finally figured out what my problem was but wasted 45 minutes. If the company has no help support then just removed it from the menu

We're glad you eventually figured out the startup issue on your own, but you shouldn't have had to waste 45 minutes doing that. The information was very informative, however it took 7 hours to complete a 5 hour course. Something should be done about that.

Very simple to complete, just make sure you remember or write down security questions otherwise it will trip you up.

I like the read along and some of the features. But for the future please lower the many times we have to insert a verification after each quiz ends. It is very annoying and the time limit for it as well. There are other security options that are safer and not so much work to insert a one time code. I wish it was more fun and interactive. it was just a lot of reading and information. add more bright colors to the modules that are interactive. It was easy to go through and thankfully finished before the 30 days. I dreaded reading but the read outloud was helpful.
