Thank you for your feedback, Endea. We use a series of security verification questions as part of the required identity verification process. We understand these questions can feel confusing or frustrating - we agree! But they're unfortunately a requirement we have to follow to remain an approved provider. It sounds like you may have been answering questions about different topics (states vs. countries, for example) that had slightly different answer options. If you had trouble with the security questions, please reach out to our customer service team and they can assist you. Thank you for choosing Safe Drivers Academy!

Thank you for this wonderful 5-star review and recommendation! We're thrilled to hear you had a great experience from start to finish with our pre-licensing course. We're especially glad the platform was easy to navigate and that you found the content clear, well-organized, and genuinely useful. Your recommendation to other NYC students working toward their Class D license means a lot to us. We're proud to provide thorough, convenient, and clear education for new drivers. Thank you for choosing Safe Drivers Academy!

Thank you for your feedback, Joshua. We understand your frustration with the course experience. To clarify what happened: you reached the Introduction Content Validation quiz, which is a basic recap to ensure a real person is taking the course per NYS DMV requirements. After three failed attempts (your highest score was 67%), New York State DMV regulations require that the course be locked and restarted from the beginning. This isn't an app issue or something we can work around - it's a state mandate we must follow to remain an approved provider. We want to be completely honest with you: in all our time operating, we've never had anyone fail this introductory quiz before. This is genuinely unprecedented for us. It's designed to be straightforward and just confirms you've reviewed the basic course information. We're glad our customer service team was able to process your refund immediately so you could explore other providers. If another course provider works better for you, we wish you all the best. Thank you for giving Safe Drivers Academy a try.
