Safebound Moving & StorageReviews of safeboundmoving.com

They were great! Made my move simple and easy. Great job guys!

I can't say enough about the professionalism of the guys from Safebound. I have moved with them a few times around Florida... and each time it turned out well. If there ever was a potential problem they corrected the issue immediately. Highly recommend.

My advice: never use this company. My desk leg was broken, and my brand-new furniture looks old because the corners of the items have been ripped off. Don't do my mistake. Replay to you below: Yes, you are right I'm currently in the UAE. to make it easy for you and to make sure you take this complaint seriously, this is the moving order ID: 4011703. Let me know if you want me to send you a copy of the moving order. thx

PLEASE BE AWARE: This company is a scam. They will initiate a contract w/o informing the customer of a binding fee in the need of legitimately need to cancel. They will manipulate and falsify a contract conveying that it includes the entire move yet hire a third party entity that will arrive at your home only to sway customers that they need additional packaging in which the owner would find themselves smitten by an astronomical amount added to their balance. Bottom line this company is a scam and will exhaust all your savings or conjure up something to take all your possessions until full payment is received without safely caring for your hardworking working items. Please read all reviews. This company needs to be sued and has no business operating. If one is a lawyer - I hope one investigates this matter as I still have documents photos and additional material to substantiate this company being nothing but a fraud!!!

SAFEBOUND MOVING IS THE GO TO MOVER IN THE COUNTRY! Vince, Robert & Roland are a professional crew, they handle your items with care, they don't complain and they get the job done efficiently. I appreciate you all! 10/10 would recommend to anyone, don't look elsewhere use Safebound.

Initially, it was smooth. I signed on with them via a broker, Safe Ship Moving services. They ended up charging me extra for some items I didn’t box because I was told I didn’t need to box them. Then they didn’t leave the state I was moving from about halfway into the moving window. Both of which fine, I get it, miscommunication and probably some delays. The worst part was several of my items were damaged or just missing, including a desk. When I filed a claim, they wanted to give me an embarrassingly low settlement and essentially lawyered their way out of paying for some broken items via hairsplitting. Overall, a poor experience. If despite this warning you still decide to use their services, get the option to have them reimburse you for the full cost of your items because they are guaranteed to break something.

Moving sucks, but it sucks a little less with a good company doing the hard work for you. A year ago I had a couple of guys come out to pack my condo on short notice. Everything was moved to their storage for 6 months, then my storage for another 6 months. Recently I moved into my dream home and had Safebound move my stuff back in.

Terrible experience with this company. The crews loading and unloading my items were good, but everything else was not a pleasant experience. My initial quote to move from Florida to Indiana was $5976 (Base Price $5400). This was based on an estimate of 12000 cubic feet. By the time my stuff made it to my new home, the cost of the move doubled. I had to be out of my home by April 15th, so I had no choice but to stick with Safebound. I was initially told my items would be delivered 7-10 business days from pickup (April 11th). What Safebound does not tell you upfront is that your items go into a storage warehouse, where it sits until they can find a driver heading in your direction. My items finally arrived at my new home on April 25th. When my items arrived to Indiana, they were in good shape, except I was missing an expensive extension ladder, a second ladder and a Bluetooth speaker that was attached my golf cart. The driver who unloaded my items did not give me the option to note these things, despite me telling him they were missing. I paid them (insisted on money orders despite a sales rep telling me credit cards were acceptable) signed documents so they would unload. Filed a claim with CSI who, of course, tells me I signed that everything was received and nothing was missing. Also of note, I tipped the crew loading my items in Florida via Zelle. The driver called me to confirm I sent the tip, but forgot to hang up. I was on speakerphone listening to the driver insult me because I guess I did not tip him enough. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are looking for a door to door, low cost moving option.
