It took three (3) months to get our lightsaber that the website said was in stock. Every time I emailed them, it took 2-3 days for a response and all I got was excuses. Then I ordered a sound board (against my better judgement) that was supposed to work with my lightsaber, but it didn't. When I tried to return it, they said they would not take it back and suggested I sell it on Ebay. They stick! No customer service and no support!

This my first saber. It was shipped after 2 weeks and it is perfect. I'm really impressed especially for the price. Proffie is tricky to customize but once you do it is amazing. There were only 10 sound fonts though instead of 12. It is also a bit tricky to access the proffie board itself but I managed. If you want to take the core out to access the Proffie board: unscrew the 2 screws next to the button and the really small one at the back (not the one for your blade). Now gently push it down via the top but try to stay away from the pins.

My review is extremely positive, as the light saber has a very high quality. The shipping was fast enough and i didnt have any problem. those Who order from foreign countries such as Italy need to take into account the taxes in international goods which are not included. In conclusion the product is worth buying, im very satisfied.

Saber arrived within 6 weeks of ordering, far quicker than expected. I understand other reviews complained about timing but I couldn't have been happier. I have sabers from DarkWolf and CustomSabers and both of those are nice but the quality of the hilt and board construction from Saber Forge is far greater. The only thing I will say about the Reliant hilt is the sound is a bit faint with the design. I even swapped out my more powerful speaker and it is still quiet at full volume. Would highly recommend Saber Forge, maybe a different hilt next time.

This place has totally impressed the hell out of me well I’ve bought like 10 sabers and probably going to send one back for some upgrades if they do such things dont hesitate folks it will drive u nuts JUST BUY its american
