I spent over $400 on a lightsaber for my son's birthday, many weeks in advance. I was told there would be a 4-8 week lead time before shipping. At week 9 with no notification or apology, I had to write their customer service. A week later they said that they had messed up and that it would be shipped in 10-20 days. Well 27 days later, still no notice and no lightsaber. They have just stolen my money. I am now at 94 days (13+ weeks) and I still have not received my lightsaber that I should have received in about 7 weeks. Do not use this company. They are a sham. They do not deliver and they make a bunch of excuses and false promises.

I have two Saberforge lightsabers, and I couldn't be happier with their product. :) .. They both arrived on time, they both work great, and my communication with the Company has always been and still is great.. I can highly recommend them. I would also recommend people to follow the Store and Forum News section on their forum, where they inform people of Price changes, Shipping changes and Shipping delays, New lightsaber releases and so on and so on.. :) :D

Placed an order with this company with a confirmed lead time of 10-12 weeks, was informed by the company of a 2-3 week delay at 12 week from the date of order (completely unapologetic), 26 weeks after order and goods still not supplied so requested a refund. Company refused to cooperate with a refund so was forced to claim back through my credit card company. Often none responsive to email for prolonged periods, poor communication when they do respond, not adverse to being aggressive and rude in email communication. Cannot be recommended, beware.
