Simple to use, strong and solud product, fast delivery. The only problem was the price that seems expensive compared to other lightsaber producer.

The saber is great but the dull spot towards the bottom is annoying and it took forever to get here other than that great

The Power Button ruins playing around with it in any way. It's is in a horrible position deep set inside where the control box is locate, making it incredibly hard to press the button to power it on. Not only might you hurt your fingers turning it on & off (especially the bigger they are), it's impossible to press while you're swinging it around if you want to do a blaster deflect, lock-on-clash, or anything else having to do with pressing the power button. Other than that the design is beautifully made, especially now that the blades on it are more of a realistic size than other designs. Only thing I wish was different was if it had ports to see the blade's color in the emitter. It does have a nice shape for where they should be, but they just made it solid aluminum instead. Pretty heavy & tiring to swing around, & the hilt blades make it strange to so be careful if dueling. But that's to be expected from an accurate Darth Malgus hilt of this caliber.

The sword arrived well packaged and looking great. Controls are pretty straight forward but it would be nice to have some sort of map with all the different presets and configurations so its easier to customise the different profiles

Ordering was Smooth, didn't mind the wait. Lightsaber looked Great was a Little Disappointed with sound. Also sounded like it needed a stronger Speaker.

Good quality and was worth the wait.

It took quite a bit longer than the estimated delivery date, but I got some extra goods to make up for the delay. I received extra SW credits and a keychain for free. That extra effort went a long way to be a happier customer.
