Upon opening the box, the sabers looked amazing! Unfortunately, the Aegis saber has a manufacturing error. The screw on the left-center side spins, but does not tighten, which causes the hilt to significantly jerk when holding the saber.

Product arrived not working. Had to return after waiting since jan order. Hopefully can be fixed and sent back soon. Also- initial response from customer service that it’s 4 days each email to reply, and that they get hundreds of inquiries a day…falls a bit short on the customer experience. Especially when u drop 500-600 on a saber. I work at a fortune 10 company, no way that would fly as an acceptable response. Once we got past that initial exchange service was fine.

They didn’t contact me back for the refund and now they sent it out while I was waiting on the refund confirmation email.

I found this exact saber at blu bull outer rim for $506 shipped with a Military discount vs the $668 I paid Saberforge. I have contacted Saberforge three times about a price match or return. So far no reply at all. I have yet to open the box. Saberforge was one of my favorite sites. I used to recommend it to friends. No longer. It now ranks in the bottom of the pile for customer service. Not too late for Saberforge to come through and hopefully they will. As for now it has been an awful experience I will never repeat.

Insanely long delivery times outside US. Also dissappointed at the customer service regarding warranty. I had to pay for shipping for my broken blade and it came back with the same problem, some super-annoying flickering. I sent videos of the problem and requested a spare blade to try if the neopixel one was faulty again, but it was against company policy. I would be without my saber for OVER A YEAR. Also I was asked to ship it again for warranty purposes and pay yet another 70€ in shipping. please do something about that insane policy, I most certainly will not recommend this place outside the US because of these things.

First time buyer from them, took longer than expected but they did say it's because of a defect they were fixing. Fine. Got the saber worked good for about a week, bare in mind j don't use it for dueling it's just for home use, but I noticed there was a dark line I could see in the blade so I sent them an email with photos. Then the hilt wouldn't charge or even turn on. I emailed them they said they would get back in touch within 2 to 5 business days.. it's been 4 days so I'm still waiting....very disappointed. I'm hoping I can an exchange if not a refund to go somewhere else

The lightsaber took a long time to arrive and the shipping was expensive(not saberforges fault) and when the lightsaber arrived it was amazing. However after just 2 weeks there was a problem and the activation switch and recharge point were falling out. I presume they use glue to keep it in, but clearly it didn’t work. I’m disappointed with the poor quality of their lightsabers.
