Very easy and convenient. Will continue to pay for this service. I like how it recommends what to do if something is off. I ended up having high cholesterol so a plan was suggested to help lower it. Ill be follwing the plan and well see where im at next month

I got my test results back. It was missing various tests such as ApoB and LP(a) etc... but did not. Upon asking an agent I was told you didn't gave the proper substances to do those tests but "we added Creatine test with gives great insight to kidney function." Which is the Worse reply ever, especially when I am medically educated. Plus i take creatine supplement. Then I was offered a whole $5 off I believe, which is absolute customer gut punch as if you're being generous. So in my continuation, and illustration he offered a free test that will have what I want. Yay - I am still waiting for this test that hasn't come.

Hi Robert, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry this experience was frustrating. At the time of your test in late January, we were experiencing a temporary ApoB reagent shortage that lasted about two weeks. During that window, ApoB results were unavailable. When you contacted our team, they explained the situation and initially applied a credit for the inconvenience. Once we understood that ApoB was your primary reason for testing, we immediately offered and sent you a complimentary kit so you could complete the panel as intended. Regarding Lp(a), we understand its importance, but it is not currently part of our testing menu and has not been advertised as such. Our goal is always transparency and fairness when unexpected supply issues arise. Reagent shortages are rare but can occasionally affect laboratories nationwide. When they do, we work to make it right. If there is anything still unresolved, please reach out directly and we will ensure it is addressed promptly.
