This was the first question I had to ask and as far as customer service goes Fiona was awesome. With that said I wait in hope of extended screening for other biomarkers as it seems if you just want self knowledge this is good but when working for a prescription it has ,,, a bit more to go.

Customer service was first tier. However after my first set of results, I did cancel. I would give 5 stars to the model and service, and zero stars for the results process. For something that is marketed to those of us taking exogenous testosterone, telling me that my levels are above 1500 ng/dl is not sufficient. I wanted actual numbers as a result, not simply >1500. Combine that with not receiving the results of at least 50 biomarkers and the odd reporting of percentage ranges and ultimately I decided to not continue forward with rhythm. I did not need their speculation, I needed numbers.

Overall yes it is easier to do then going into the office. however, the scar from the laceration on arm isn’t worth it. Especially if you are doing this every month! Rather just go into the doc office

The packet came quickly and had clear instructions on how to use the kit. I went to activate the heat pack and the bag sprung a leak, as it leaked it did begin to crystalize and I was still able to salvage it and complete the test. The other feedback I have is how hot the heat pack is. I feel like there should be some sort of note that it is hot, almost to the point of burning. Maybe this was because my pack malfunctioned, but it caught me off guard. Returning was simple and straight forward. Overall I think the idea and process were overall good. I am disappointed that the heating pack malfunctioned, but that may just be a one off. I am planning to have my husband do one and will see what happens with his.

Really hoped to like this test better. I should’ve just went to my own doctor and got a regular blood test with a needle in my forearm. This rhythm test takes a huge chunk of skin out of your arm and when it heals it leaves scar tissue so now I have a pink dot on my arm that wasn’t there before. Never testing this way again. Did come quickly and got my results fast. That’s the only upside. Makes me feel like I was chipped or something cause why is the scar so prominent?

The operational part is all good. Just the testing profile, I need fasting insulin and fasting glucose measured. Without it this test is not providing the full information i need.

There are a lot of labs missing that the company MUST test for specially for those clients that use PEDS. There is no cbc nor thyroid testing in here nor hematocrit

Hard to read in this format. I feel like they want you to buy more products.
