Leaves Scars
I received my results quickly and found the overall process to be easy and convenient. However, my main concern was the aftermath of the needle stick. The area developed a scab afterwards that has now left a noticeable scar on my arm. I’m not sure how this procedure is recommended to be done as frequently as suggested without the potential for developing multiple scars over time. Based on this experience alone, I would be hesitant to repeat the process, primarily because of the lasting mark it left on my arm.

4 times my samples have had issues

I don't understand what's happening or…
I don't understand what's happening or how it works... the first kit arrived... I took the test... I sent it back as instructed... then another kit arrives after sending the first one back in less than a month?

Carlos, when you purchase your first test the order summary lists out details including when you can expect your next shipment. We offer the option to skip or cancel at any time if you prefer. Don’t deliver the panel of tests promised
This company apparently can’t deliver the results the promise every month. They deliver test results that have multiple of the tests promised not in the result. They just show blank.

The shipping process is horrible
The shipping process is horrible. FedEx is refusing to ship depending on the employees. They call it medical waste and refuse to take it

Missing hemoglobin result
I don’t spend money for blood test that do not include hemoglobin. This is disappointing since hemoglobin is of upmost importance. I will not be using your services and will also report this incredible discretion.
