I was disappointed in the collection process. It had no failsafe for errors or incomplete samples. Possibility consider including a second testing tube or drawing device as my blood clotted in the intake valve.

The test was really easy, and the video instructions were spot on. I had to use a pen to push down the metal disc in the heat pad, for some reason, it was really hard to snap. My results were delivered quickly. I am very disappointed they removed B12 from their tests and didn't notify the end users. It was an important marker for me as I am consistently low in B12. They had it for my first 3 tests, and removed it on my 4th. I will be canceling since this is a must have for me. Otherwise, it was a useful tool, especially the apob.

I like this company. I wish they offered a few more blood tests; it's a bit limited, but the people you contact have all been nice and helpful. It is affordable enough, and I like that you can skip a month or two or do it every month, up to you. Easy and Painless process.

Had an issue with collection of blood sample into device. I contacted customer support via text. Dave responded immediately and is sending replacement. He was extremely helpful with offering additional tips for the next collection. I knocked a star because I only wish these were included in some fashion prior to this collection. Maybe where the collection video is housed as "additional collection tips" or as part of package insert.
