The process has been great so far
The process has been great so far. Package is very clean and efficient. The video instructions are very easy to follow. The blood drawing process is so simple and painless, I was able to do it while watching tv. Currently headed to drop off my first sample.

Great customer service
The first one I had was faulty, but within 5 minutes of talking to customer service they sent me a new one at no extra charge. Very easy process.

Blood draw takes forever and often…
Blood draw takes forever and often won’t fill the vial without rubbing your shoulder and squeezing blood toward collector

You shouldn’t have to rub your shoulder or squeeze blood toward the device to fill the vial. In most cases, using the heating pack, staying well hydrated, and doing a few arm exercises before starting are enough to support a smooth collection. Amazing and easy!
Amazing! What an easy and great experience! They send it to your house, you do the test, they pick it up, and you get the results within 48-72 hours. Love it and will keep using it!
