Super easy and painless

You know, the good about Rhythm Health is that it’s pretty fast to get started, it’s easy to use, and the instructions are clear and straightforward. The whole process feels simple, and sending everything in is very convenient. From a usability standpoint, they’ve definitely made it user-friendly. The not so good is that it can take a while to get your results back. Sometimes there are delays, which can be frustrating when you’re waiting on important information. I’ve also received notifications saying my results were in, but when I checked, they weren’t actually available yet. That part can be confusing and a bit misleading. Overall, I would give it three stars. It’s easy to use and convenient, but the delays and notification issues take away from the overall experience.

The best! I have been on HRT for several years but still have a cycle so garnering insight on what my body is doing throughout my cycle has been a real challenge. Rythm offers a SIMPLE process to do blood work without the lab draw. And it is cost effective and super insightful. Their AI coach is stellar! Overall, I could not be happier with Rythm, their offering and their process. It could be helpful to have A1c on the marker list and that's the only thing I think might be different. And their customer service is on point. Available by phone, text, and email! And super responsive.
