Using Rythm has helped me with my fitness goals and overall health getting a look into my hormone balance and metabolic fitness was key to helping me get back on track. The customer service is also top notch! They proactively reach out if you need help with your first sample and notify you when they are sending the next round. They are also quick to send a new kit if your sample does not suffice. Highly recommend! I’ve been trying to get my friends and family to start using them!

Package arrived very quickly, everything that came with it, the instructions and how everything is packaged is very professional and neat. This is also just such a genius idea and so cost friendly compared to getting your blood work done at a clinic or hospital ect, everything is very easy to do and it doesn’t hurt at all 10/10.

I did not read my instructions And messed up my draw and rythm went out of their way to fix my mistakes and sent me a free replacement kit exceeding my expectations of them. Will definitely not mess up anymore tho hahaha.

I now see once a year blood test at my age isn't going to cut it. Very surprised with my results. More work to be done

I love Rythm Health. I discovered it in 2025 and have been using it for a year now. It's changed my life for the better. I discovered that I have hypothyroidism, and now I am treating. Rather than doing blood tests once a year, and hoping things improve, I can actively monitor my blood work on a month to month basis to move the needle faster. The product experience is exceptional as well - just an at home test that doesn't even hurt. The "scar" is tiny, hardly noticeable and frankly shouldn't even be a concern. 10/10 would recommend
