This is the second kit in a row that didnt go through. The first one couldn't be processed. The second one I dropped off at Walgreens Friday only for FedEx to drop it back off at Walgreens Saturday. I was told I would have a third kit sent out express today which theres no tracking for it as well as a refund back to my hsa card. This company isnt giving me a lot of faith. Honestly I'm more concerned about the refund so I can get my blood work done at quest this weekend.

The whole process went on without a glitch. From signing up to receiving the kit to sending it back, everything was very easy and straightforward. I was kept up to speed at all times with constant text messages explaining where we were in the process. Just follow the video instructions and it works great, and just use quite a bit of force when pushing the button, it doesnt feel like anything right away so dont be scared. Just make sure you let enough blood in the vial!
