I haven’t received my results yet but the service of this company feels very personal and intentional. I received a personal email from Robby the CEO, multiple reminder and instructional texts and when I forgot something, they alerted me as soon as the sample was scanned by fedex for mailing. On top of that, I responded directly to this text with clarifying info that I had to choose other in menstrual cycle info because of my hysterectomy and a real person responded with reassurance and to let me know they had noted the context. Very impressed so far!

Easy blood test, easy shipping, fast and comprehensive results. This is the best way to do regular blood work. The main reason I neglected doing blood work is because I hate going to appointments

rythm was very helpful along the whole process from getting my package to getting it picked up by FedEx at my doorstep. they answered all of my questions in a very timely manor. i plan on continuing to use them to get my labs done.

After 1 test, I think this is pretty cool. I almost docked 1 star because my initial sample wasn't accepted and I had to wait for a new one to be shipped. It messed up some timing of new protocols I was trying, but in the end, I can't really complain. THis is a great idea and a great product.
