I was super excited to get my results. I have been experiencing fatigue. Come to find out my vitamin D is critically low, and my iron is slightly low as well. Now I can fix the problem with diet, supplements, and exercise. Will do another round of blood work in 60 days. This process was really fast and painless. The IT experience has been awful. They take a payment prior to allowing you to create an account. Then their system doesn’t allow you to create a password to make an account. I’ve sent 5+ emails to their tech support without resolution so far. It feels like AI wrote the code and the support is AI as well. I’m getting no where and want to talk to a human for live support and refund

Easy to use and accurate

This was the easiest thing. There are a handful of things in the bag so it is best to lay it all out and read instructions so you know exactly when you use each piece. They have very clear instructions and a video that really helps clear up any questions. The frequently ask questions is very informative. But my few questions I had were answered by texting them with the number they provide. I’m going to drop my sample at fedex to see my results. My primary doctor is a naturopath and she is very excited about this too 🥰 I thought the ad that said there was no pain was a joke until I used it… it was so painless I didn’t think it would work. But it did! I hope they open this up for 15 and 16 year olds. It would be such a great tool!! ❤️

Very interesting

I think this product is great and easily accessible for most people. This is a wonderful product and I hope to see more from them in the future. Furthermore, printed instructions may be beneficial to many. I also enjoyed how the sample tube had my printed name, felt very personal.

No 800 customer support if you have problems. The 800 number given doesn't work.
