I think it’s convenient and easy process! The problem is they charge you more the second you time you test! The price is ok for info but not accurate info as far as they just say greater then if you exceed 1500 testosterone! Some people on enhancement drugs need it to give an actual number! They don’t test prolactin! Would give them a better rating just the panel is more for everyday people not extreme athletes in bodybuilding!

I really like Rythm. The actual blood draw experience was straightforward with an informative video guide to walk you through it. Results came fast and were easy to understand. I hope that Rythm continues to expand the available biomarkers. I would love to see more detail on the hormone panel with visibility to things like IGF-1 and prolactin / cortisol etc. Additionally PSA prostate test would be very helpful for men.

The completely painless process of a blood draw is worth it!! Not having to go and sit in a waiting room for a complete stranger to judge me on my fear of needless is what got me to do it. The recommendations are not great. I know it's all AI, but definitely would be nice to have someone follow-up or something on the numbers that are off. The recommendations tell me to strength train at least 2 days a week to help with a number off point, well I strength train 4-5 days a week, so that's wrong. Recommendations are taken with a grain of salt. I take the results and have to do my own research.
