I love the overall ease and convenience of taking the blood test at home and sending it in. Super simple. The sample arrived fast and I got my results super fast. I guess my only complaint would be that there that AI information seems vague. A lot of writing, without a clear path of action. Maybe I was just expecting something different. I will definitely do this again though. It does give me some good insight. I appreciate this company!

Rythm was very easy to use. It gives you a step by step video and as well as everything being labeled in the package. Recommend doing it as soon as you get up before eating anything.

Been using Rythm for a year now - so a full year of panels. Blood numbers have been accurate based on previous panels thru other labs. Very quickly processed at their labs and results always sent within 2-3 days. Best part is they have also added more markers to their panel as the year has gone on - at no additional cost. For a male looking for a solid overall lipid and hormone panel this is a game changer and super easy to do. GREAT customer service- they respond immediately and help if needed. I will be a longterm customer as long as they continue to offer this type of product at a fair price.

So easy to do. I literally put off blood work because I am so scared of needles. Rhythm was painless and so quick and easy. Sent in my test on Saturday and had my results on Tuesday. Can’t get quicker than that! Once results are in, rhythm gives you tons of insight and how the results apply to you. Excellent!!
