I loved the entire process, from receiving the kit quickly to the draw that was painless. It was impressive the entire process. My only feedback is I noticed on the FedEx bag it said Mon-Fri, and I almost did the blood draw on a Saturday morning, thus the blood would have sat undelivered for two days. Customer service agreed to only do the draw Mon-Thurs. I’m surprised that isn’t super emphasized on all of the videos, that would have been a bad blood sample. I just did the draw on Monday morning and it was super easy! Overall experience is 5 star!

Very pleased with how fast I got the results back. Looking forward to getting more data on file to get my metabolic results lined out.

It took me less than 5 minutes to collect the blood and to put it in the package! It doesn’t hurt and perfect for anyone!!

So far so good! Only thing is~ if you dont like blood, you'll be handling your own sample, wich means possible spilling of content. Be prepared 🤣Overall easy retrieval and painless, just user error messy. ^_^

The entire process from purchase, to testing, and sending the kit back out was so incredibly easy. The instructional video was simple and clear, and I love how efficient and intuitive the actual test is. I’m really excited to continue learning about my health through rhythm. Thank you.

This was actually AMAZING. I’m a working mom with small kids who trains for marathons, and I honestly decided to do this just for the simple convenience of being able to do it from my own home. It confirmed some suspicious I had about my hormones, and validated a lot of the good things I’m doing. The process was simple, pain-free (for real! I felt nothing!) and SUPER convenient. And I love that the results were sent to me so I could see and refer back to them. It was fantastic.
