Very lenient on hectic lifestyles
The customer service experience is why I felt inclined to write a review. I haven’t been the best with the timelines they need and they have pushed the dates every time I’ve asked with no questions asked. This was actually one of my chief concerns when I started this because I have a very hectic lifestyle.

Excellent!
Easy to use, reasonably priced, quick turnaround. Recently added some new test which was a pleasant suprise. I have used this service 3 months in a row - excellent service each time!

I'm impressed
I'm impressed! Got a bit confusing with the QR code not taking me where I needed to be but I text them and they helped me straight away! The blood collection took less than a minute, scheduled my pickup and POOF! DONE! Completely painless in all directions! Highly recommend and quite excited!

Easy blood draw, limited data points.
I like how easy the blood is to draw, however for only around 20 data points it's not worth a monthly subscription. Maybe every three months. I like the insight the tests provide.

We also acknowledge the limitations of small sample volumes, which is why we focus on a carefully selected panel of high-signal markers that provide meaningful insights while maintaining accuracy. What a GREAT PRODUCT!
The first time I tried to do a blood draw, it didn't work for whatever reason. But Rythm Health sent me another kit immediately, without additional charge! It came, and the 2nd time was charm. They had great tips that helped me this time, and the whole process was super easy! And Fedex even came to pickup my blood sample, also AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE from a drop off. Wow, this is great service! They also answer your text questions really quick and the agents know what to do! Thanks, Rythm!!!

Hi Scott, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We are a monthly subscription, but we understand some may prefer a less frequent testing cadence, which is why we built flexibility into every membership. You can skip a month at any time directly from your Rythm dashboard, allowing you to test on a schedule that works best for you without being charged during skipped months.

Great system
Great system, user friendly, and convenient But most important that results were consistent with the results from Quest. I hope they will add more biomarkers in the future
