I like that the collection didn't hurt at all. I didn't like the black tube to send the sample in. It felt cheap and broke when I tried to screw the cap on. I had to use tape :/. Customer service was great though and responded same day. I also wish more hormones were tested. I dropped off the sample with fed ex this morning at 7am and it didn't get picked up till the afternoon. So hopefully that doesn't effect the results since the drop box is out in the sun and it's hot today.

Tried the system 2 times and both times they said my sample couldn't be read due to a delay in delivery to their lab. They wanted me to try a third time and at that point it was 1.5 months later and completely defeated the purpose of the convenient system. I gave 3 stars since they were quick to issue a refund after I declined to draw for a third time. Disappointing. I hope they can get their systems dialed in better so i can finally take advantage of the program. Quite frustrating. I'm in urban Tampa Bay, not like I'm out in a rural area.

Was very easy to follow video instruction and take sample. Results were insightful and validated other test I have been provided at different times over the past several months. What and how to translate results to action is key help item I am interested in. Especially on how to reduce inflammation that generally increases as I age. I am 61 and have higher levels of inflammation so looking to reduce and improve this result
