I'm impressed with the speed of delivery. In fact the whole online ordering process was simple and much cheaper than going through a dealer.

We are very pleased with the items we received, just disappointed that our main item is on indefinite back order. The fact that they will give a refund in 30 days if still not available, keeps us from ordering elsewhere.

It was very easy to order. The steps came in a day early than promised. The package was in great shape. The steps was very easy to install. I watch on UTube how to install the steps and there was directions in the manual. Took myself and 1 other person about 30-45 minutes to install. It was $60 cheaper.

I received a damaged item from this company in July 2021. The damage should have been spotted prior to shipping. I promptly contacted Customer Service and have yet to receive a replacement (40 plus days). This company does not understand customer service and does not care about the customer.

Returning item - I ordered wrong item

Really bad customer service. Paid a lot of money for a product and although it's still under warranty, they never replied when I contacted them multiple times. Have to get my credit card company involved. These people are greedy and really bad to do business with. Go elsewhere!
