Slow to ship. Advertised 5 in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. Took a week before it was shipped and was drop shipped from the manufacturer. I chose RVUpgrades for this order over others because of the faster shipping they advertised, but they didn't deliver. I probably won't order from them again due to this misleading situation. I had to email them two days in a row to get a response on when my order would ship. Not impressed by their customer service.

The item was advertised, but out of stock the same day, until an employee found two hidden somewhere. I finally ordered the item, and have now received it.
Five Star Repairs -.
The part was defective. I called and was told a return number would be emailed to me the next day. It has been 8 days and still no email.

Poor packaging and no paperwork ( spec sheet, install instructions, etc…)

I received the package, however it was damaged during shipping. I placed a return/replacement request and receive a message that requested photos of the damage. I responded to the request, but haven’t heard back on the status of where we’re at. That was a week ago. Good start for customer service, but the follow through is lacking.
