This is my team from today forward. Customer service outstanding. Quick ship and a great price. I will not do business elsewhere. No I don't work for them. LOL

I received 2 parts that had indications of being used and definitely not new (tool markings and dried pipe sealant). I had to install used parts by a deadline so I contacted the company and sent photos to show the condition of the item. I emailed 3 times and called twice with only a single response saying we will look into it. After not receiving a response after the last email and call, suddenly the replacement parts arrived a couple week later. Unhappy with the customer service.

They had the parts, were reasonably priced and they got them to me quickly. I be back for more stuff as needed

Came very fast!!!!! Haven’t had a chance to replace my slide seals yet. The product seems to be a better quality than the factory seals. Will try to update with pics when the job is done.

WOULD BUY AGAIN

Transaction and product were fine but when I contacted support to ask a question I never got a response. As of this review it's been over 5 days. Prompt support responses are as important as the products and transaction, if not more so.
