The RV A/C silencer works great. I would say that my unit is 70% quieter. I did exactly as instructed, but instead of just taping off the power shute, i placed a piece of foam insulation over the chute and taped it shut. Very pleased with the result.

I ordered a 120V Thermostat for my Suburban WD6DE hot water heater, and have not received it. I went camping without hot water this past weekend. Somehow the item got lost in transit and I am waiting for a replacement part to arrive, and I am not even sure it shipped!!!!

I ordered a part at a higher price from RVUpgrades because they stated the part would be shipped in 1-3 days. It have now been10 days and the part has not shipped. I called them because they had not contacted me and it appears it will be 20 days before it is shipped. Do not order from the company if you need your part quickly.

In my experience, RVupgrades is a gem. Customer Service is just that. Customer.Service.!! They resolved a question I had quickly and followed up on it. I purchased a SeeLeveL gauge and it arrived quickly. It is installed and working great. Finally got rid of the 1/3, 2/3, Full, monitor which was extremely inaccurate The only question I have now is…..What took me so long?? UPDATE 8/9/21: So we went on a 10 day getaway and the SeaLeveL performed great. I can now monitor my Black Tank as I put water in it after emptying and I know how much I’ve put in (don’t want to end up with the dreaded 💩 pyramid). Very easy to monitor the Gray Tank during showers so we don’t end up with a shower basin full of water. I like to travel with about 20 gallons of fresh water to keep the weight down (it holds 100, at 8 pounds per gallon) and now I know where I’m at without guessing. I forgot to mention above that by utilizing the same (original) sender wires, installation is a snap. In short, the SeaLeveL is highly recommended!!
