The original delivery was fairly prompt, but the stove top/oven arrived quite damaged. It took three business days to receive a return authorization, and although I shipped back right away after getting a label, it's been 8 days, two further calls to customer service and still no replacement shipment. Well, one precious RV trip sunk! If this delay continues --> 1/5 stars.

It took longer than expected to receive my order, but the main concern was the connection. The connector on the BBQ was 3/8 inch as requested, but I expected the other connector to also be 3/8 inch, but it was 1/4 inch. I ordered a Trailhead RV Step Rugs package for MORryde StepAbove Steps. It came promptly but was not a good fit. The website showed as being specifically for a Gen 2 two step unit. But the package I received showed Gen 3. I found that the rug meant for the bottom step (per instructions) barely fit my top step. Since I really wanted just the top step I went with that but the other rug was useless.

I finally got a chance to install the sensor yesterday. I cut off the tab for the gray tank. Install the sensor and coated it with waterproofing spray. Powered up the unit, and it's still did not register correctly. Still says "OPn".

I ordered a 120V Thermostat for my Suburban WD6DE hot water heater, and have not received it. I went camping without hot water this past weekend. Somehow the item got lost in transit and I am waiting for a replacement part to arrive, and I am not even sure it shipped!!!!
