Taylor was really awesome to work with! We needed a different color for our old awning, and although it wasn’t in stock, she had it made in a couple of weeks!

Parts as described. I do not give 5 stars, it took 15 days to ship the part.....otherwise very satisfied.

Accurate regarding the product

You sent me the wrong item and I had to wait almost a month for the shipment before I even knew. Two little hole clips most definitely did not cost $57 I don’t even know what those things are. I do not recommend anyone buying from this company

Emailed pictures of the damaged awning arm that I needed to replace, Received a very fast response with P/N needed and price. After I ordered, it was delivered very quickly. After I received the replacement it was the exact match.

Excellent status messages and prompt delivery

Availability of the exact OEM awning canopy replacement made our experience great. Also the shipping was very quick. The canopy was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Shortly after placing the order, customer service reached out to verify that what we ordered was going to be an exact match to our existing canopy. This was important because our canopy is non-standard and therefore not returnable.
