Pricing is ridiculously high and poor product support for products more than 3yrs old. I have an awning with speakers that is 4 yrs old. Company told me they are discontinued and no replacement available. I ordered new speaker covers, 2 week lead time and $80 for 2 little plastic covers. It’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t have the parts. I’m still searching for a speaker replacement.

My order was originally scheduled to be delivered on May 26th. After receiving no tracking information or my order I contacted seller and was told my new expected delivery date was June 3rd. Today is June 3rd and I still haven’t received any tracking information or my order.
