help me get the part and made sure it was right

Half of order delivered. Other iem suddenly backordered after the fact. Slow email support. Confusing communications. No phone support. Now my install is delayed two weeks. Not even sure the installer will be available then.

I received my replacement part ahead of schedule, allowing me to install the part a day before a big trip. Part fit perfectly.

I sent an email looking for an item that I could find nowhere else about my awning. I received a quick response with more questions and guidance. My request was sent to the parts department and they found exactly what I was looking for. There was even a follow up afterhours letting me know the status of their research. The next day, I received an email with the two parts that I needed and specific instructions on how to order, along with installation PDF's. Taylor and the Parts Team were amazing. So many times, emails sent through a website go unnoticed. Carefree was on it from the start. I received my items within 4 days of ordering even though the site stated it could be "2-5 weeks". They were very responsive and overly helpful. Definitely recommend!
