Scam website that doesn’t allow you to cancel in a way that is easy then refuses to refund when they automatically take large payment for next subscription. Product useless. Do not sign up this is just a scam

Took out a subscription in error. Didn’t realise for a few months. Absolutely point blank refusal of any amount of refund, even though I had clearly not used the service. My error obviously - but a shocking disregard for customer care for a company supposedly there to help. I’ll be avoiding like the plague. ADDITIONAL INFO 7/6/26: Following this review, I got in touch with Ruut again. They eventually apologised and refunded two of the four months which I stupidly paid before I realised that I’d accidentally subscribed. So, while I’ve still paid £99.98 for nothing, I am grateful for a partial refund, although still very disappointed that it took a bad review for them to do anything, having refused during several earlier email exchanges.

Awful company No pre warning for £99.99 no mention of cancel by date Just take your money and never responds just send Ai emails to you Will definitely be taking it higher for a refund AVOID AT ALL COSTS
