I got a response from Jeffrey a lot quicker than I expected. He was polite and accommodating.

While I was initially excited about the app it was kind of confusing and didn't have much explanation .. maybe that's just me...but it just jumped right into it and I didn't feel like I got much tutorial on how to use it. Customer service was quick to help cancel though.

I think using the 'fine print' to automatically make additional charges is a poor way to earn trust. I would prefer an email asking whether I want to continue with the service than just getting charges that I didn't expect. Was it in the fine print? Probably. Did I read all of it? No. Mea culpa. It's still a poor way to do business...
