Quick response. No problem with cancelling subscription..

Rapid response.

I had an issue I could not figure out on my own. I sent an e-mail to support who replied in relative short order. It was a holiday weekend and I didn't expect there to be any resolution. This morning (Tuesday), very early, I got a message from April who fixed the issue and let me know what steps to take for resolution. It worked and made me very happy. Thank you April!

Good to learn that some important changes are easy to make.

Very quick response with the information I needed to get started.

I like the reading, 3 minute chunks. The exercises are really helpful, although a page listing them (instead of me trying to find the older ones) would be good. Like an updated list of the ones to do every day, vs the ones to do just before runs, or after.

Prompt reply with satisfactory result

I made an inquiry about a payment- I was answered quickly and politely. I was helped so well and got my answers. Customer service is absolutely excellent!! I highly recommend
