I decided it wasn't for me after paying for a 3 month subscription up front. They tried to keep all my money. I pointed out that this was both legally and morally WRONG and after a bit of a fight the thieving scumbags agreed to refund me.

I felt heard and understood right away. I did not remember signing up for the site and never even used it. Then suddenly when my life was about counting pennies I had this large payment from a site I never used. The team(i dont remember her name) was incredibly kind and understanding with me.
