After I was enrolled in a monthly description, without is being obvious, my bank cancelled the automatic payment due to suspicious behaviour. I emailed with Wisey and it was solved. They cancelled my subscription and said I do not have to pay. That was very cooperative. I had to replace my blocked bank card though, as unblocking it would still transfer the payment. That was a hassle.
