RUUT Labs was prompt in cancelling my membership as I requested without any questions asked.

I feel I have been scammed- I took out what I thought was 1 week access, no suggestion it was a trial or more than a one off, now they have taken £50 without warning. Steer clear. Update: following my raising this directly, the £50 has been refunded promptly. I maintain that the rolling nature of the subscription was very unclear but I am happy to say there was no quibble.

8I signed up for a one week trial and was to be charged $10 US, and i was. However, they also took an additional $28 from my account at the same time. I contact support twice but got no response except for some automated response. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!! Update: they contacted me and said Ill be refunded for the extra charge, but it can take 2 weeks. Ill update my review when and if they actually refund me.
