What herb actually is and how important it is to my longevity

Very helpful background info for day 1. I’d prefer to read the transcript rather than having to watch videos as reading is faster and allows me to retain more information. Also I may not have headphones and do not want to annoy others with sound.

Very informative, simple instructions, make this program easy to follow at all times.

Absolute garbage. There is nothing personalized about the plan, there is no tracking of behaviors. It's just articles that you read each day with an embedded video they pulled off someone else's YouTube. I'm 4 weeks in and the "lessons" just repeat. I'm already doing all the basic stuff, sleep hygiene, morning sunlight, no screens before bed, consistent sleep and wake up times, I don't drink alcohol or caffeine. It's telling me absolutely nothing that I don't already know. My HRV has actually gone down slightly in the month I've been doing problem (I don't think because of the program, it's just that it's not helping anything). I asked for at least a partial refund on my 3 month subscription and they refused. You'd be much better off just to search how do I increase my HRV on YouTube and watch a few videos. Edited 4/7- after seeing this review they changed their minds and offered me a refund. I appreciate it, but one shouldn't have to make a public negative review to get a refund.
