Great Service. Received Passports Fast.
I was honestly skeptical about using one of these speedy passport services b/c a few people told me they were a scam. I was desperate for a quick turnaround time and needed our family's passports for a trip. Adria assisted us from start to the day we received our passports. Unbelievably, we received our passports in about a week when we were expecting 2-3 weeks! Adria responded to my emails and was available via phone. The website was easy to use and we didn't have any issues uploading our documents. She reviewed the documents and provided feedback immediately. The cost of the service was expensive, but I am glad I paid for it. It was worth it for the speedy service we received.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I am currently filing a small claims action against this service. Not only will they not honor their guaranteed timeframes, but neither will FedEx. They will blame each other and deny liability and keep your money. I had to incur the cost of changing a flight three times based on these empty guarantees.
