Cost is not clear upfront. You will need to pay many additional fees. Some moments they were responsive and others radio silence. If changes were required to a document you would get one note at a time and we needed to resubmit 4 times to get all changes incorporated. LOA does not have check boxes, but expect you to check bullets, just messy.

Hi Chantel, Thank you for the feedback, we really do appreciate it (truly 🙂). On the “additional fees”, just to clarify, the only extra cost is the government fee, which is paid directly to the U.S. Department of State. We actually mention this a few times during checkout… not because we love repeating ourselves, but because we know it’s important. As for the revisions, I completely understand how that felt frustrating. In your case, those were requested to prevent your application from being delayed or even suspended, which would’ve made missing your trip much more likely. Not ideal, we know… but also not something we wanted happening to you. The LOA format comes directly from the courier, and yes, every courier has their own “unique” way of doing things. We follow their requirements so your application gets accepted without issues. Also, thanks to feedback like yours, we’re implementing call scheduling (via Calendly) so clients can pick a time that works best instead of waiting around. So genuinely, thank you for that. We appreciate you sharing your experience and helping us improve. Rushed Passport Team
