I would have given 5 stars but was very disappointed at the end.
I would have given 5 stars because everything went smooth and good until the delivery. I understand not having control over delivery delays but for what I paid, this company should have communicated more with the shipping company and the client to ensure the client received their passport on time instead of just leaving the client to handle any issues with the shipping company on their own. I did not receive my child’s passport on time so I had to cancel our flights. I can’t even file a claim for reimbursement/refund with FedEx because the company (as the shipper) does not release the FedEx invoice to the client because per the company’s exact words “our shipping fee is a flat-rate fee that covers the shipment of documents to us as well as the return shipment of the completed passport. It is not based on or passed through as the exact amount charged by FedEx. The passport was processed and shipped within the expected timeframe on our end, and the delay occurred while the package was in transit with FedEx. As outlined in our policy, carrier delays are not eligible for a refund or reimbursement. We understand this is frustrating, but we’re unable to issue a refund for the shipping fee in this case.“

Please stay away
Please stay away, this is a scam. I paid $1394 for two passports on Monday, I was supposed to receive the passports Saturday (I also had to pay for the U.S department of state passport’s fees causing the price to increase to $1800+.) I was told I would receive the passports on Saturday, After I did all the mandatory steps they informed me I had to do, I was scheduled with an appointment to the post office, I made it to the post office to find out that there is no way I’m going to get the passports by Saturday. I should had a FedEx shipping label and I had none. I immediately call rushed passport stated that I am at the post office and I need a fedex prepaid shipping label and my trip is on Sunday. The agent on the phone told me when everything is done the envelop is sealed she will send the FedEx shipping label. I reminded her that my trip is on Sunday. she put me a on brief hold to check with her team if I will received the passports by Saturday just to found out I wouldn’t get the passports until till July 1st noting my trip is June 28th. I have messages showing I was promised delivery date June 26 and was told June 27 if all the documents were approved on Tuesday which were approved. I paid based on those promises, which were not honored. I requested for my money to be returned and was told someone will call me.. still nobody has contacted me. Do not waste your money, just walk to the post office and get your passport done for $160. I flushed over $6000+ down the toilet because of their negligence now I can not cancel my flight. I will be getting a lawyer.

Hi Agathe, thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand how important your travel date is, and we want to clarify the process.
For new and child passports, the post office appointment is required only to verify your identity, witness the documents, and stamp/seal the application. The post office cannot process or return a passport in less than a week, which is why they correctly told you they could not get it done in time through their standard process.
Our expedited timeline begins once all required steps are fully completed and the sealed documents are shipped to us correctly and on time. Once received, our courier hand-delivers the sealed application directly to the passport agency, and the completed passport is then overnighted back to you by FedEx. The guaranteed date is based on when everything is completed properly and submitted without missing or incorrect documents.
We also quality-control documents before submission to help prevent issues that could cause the passport agency to suspend or delay the application. Please contact a manager directly so we can review your file and explain the exact timing and next steps.

Paid Hundreds, Wasted Weeks, Still No Passport Assistance
Extremely disappointed with my experience.
I paid Rushed Passport to assist with obtaining an expedited passport and followed every instruction provided by their team. I spent significant time gathering documents, communicating with their staff, and traveling to the passport acceptance facility they directed me to use.
When I arrived, the clerk’s office refused to follow the process that Rushed Passport had instructed me to use. After wasting substantial time and effort, I contacted Rushed Passport and was told that what happened “was definitely not supposed to happen” and that I would now need to go to a different location and effectively start the process over again.
As of this review, I have spent weeks dealing with this issue, have not received the service I paid for, and have been left without the expedited passport assistance that was promised.
The most frustrating part is that even after acknowledging that the process failed, the company has not made things right. Customers paying hundreds of dollars for an expedited passport service expect accurate guidance, competent handling of their case, and a resolution when things go wrong.
I am requesting a full refund. If the company resolves this matter promptly and refunds the fees paid, I will update this review accordingly.

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. This entire process feels like a scam. I paid over $600 for the passport application service, only to be told later that I would need to pay an additional $220 government fee that was not clearly disclosed upfront.
The pricing is extremely misleading, with hidden fees that dramatically increase the total cost. By the time everything was added up, I would have been paying nearly $900 for a passport. That is completely unreasonable and far more expensive than expected.
I have lost trust in this company and will not continue the process through them. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this service carefully review all costs before paying. In my experience, the lack of transparency and excessive fees make this service not worth it.

Waste of money. They will add fees after paying initial fee
Company was very slow responding after paying their fee. They missed several deadlines which caused me to miss my expected date of receiving the passport. This cost me my job as I was unable to travel for a mandatory meeting. Very disappointing

Scam
This company cannot guarantee your passport will arrive early. Two months after using their service and paying over $700 to get a “rushed passport” I have no passport AND they refuse to refund even a portion of the fees I paid. Scam.

Hi Lauren,
We truly understand how upsetting this situation feels, especially with travel involved. Not having your passport in hand is stressful, and we genuinely want to help you get this resolved as quickly as possible.
Your application was successfully processed and shipped by the U.S. Department of State within the estimated timeframe, and a tracking number was provided. According to that tracking, the issue occurred after shipment during delivery with USPS. Once a passport leaves the State Department and is in transit, delivery is handled entirely by USPS.
Just to gently clarify, the service fee for your order was $345, not $700. Government fees are paid separately to the State Department, not to us.
Right now, the most important thing is getting your passport into your hands. The quickest step is to contact USPS directly to locate the package. If it cannot be located, we can absolutely assist you with having the passport reissued and remailed from the State Department, and we are ready to help guide you through that process.
We are here for you and want to see this through to a resolution. Please reach out so we can assist you directly and get this fixed as quickly as possible.

Worst experience ever !
I am extremely disappointed with the rushed passport service. I paid a significant amount of money for expedited processing because I had an upcoming trip that I had already fully paid for, and the passport did not arrive on time. To make matters worse, there is still uncertainty about whether it will even arrive at all.
What is most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Despite failing to deliver the service that was paid for, there has been no refund or meaningful resolution offered. It feels like I paid a premium for a service that was not honored.
This situation has caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and disruption to my travel plans. For a service that people rely on for time-sensitive situations, this level of unreliability is unacceptable.
I would not recommend using rushed passport services based on this experience. The cost is high, the guarantees are unclear, and when things go wrong, there seems to be little to no support or compensation.

Hi Andrea,
We definitely want to help get this resolved for you as quickly as possible, and the most important next step is to contact USPS right away using the tracking number that was provided to you. Since the passport was already approved, completed, and handed off for delivery, USPS is the only party that can locate the package or confirm if it was lost or misdelivered.
To clarify, your application was processed successfully and shipped out on time with no issues at all. Tracking was sent so the shipment could be followed in real time. Once it leaves our hands and is in transit with USPS, delivery is entirely handled by them. As much as we’d love to control what happens inside the postal system, that part is unfortunately out of anyone’s hands except USPS.
We did provide you with clear resolution options, including the ability to have the passport reissued. As explained, that process requires canceling the passport that was already issued, which is why we strongly advised confirming with USPS first before taking that step. That guidance was given specifically to avoid unnecessary delays or complications for you.
Regarding a refund, the service you purchased was fully completed. Your passport was processed, approved, and shipped within the promised timeframe. A delivery issue with USPS after the fact doesn’t change that, which is why a refund wouldn’t apply here.
I understand it’s frustrating when a package doesn’t arrive as expected, but the fastest way to move forward is by contacting USPS directly so they can investigate. Once they confirm the status, we can immediately help guide you on the next step if needed.
Let us know what USPS says and we’ll take it from there.

I was hoping to go through with their…
I initially intended to proceed with the service provided by RushedPassport.com and carefully followed all of their instructions. They even scheduled an appointment for me at the post office. However, during the appointment, I encountered an issue with the postal clerk. Although the company advised me to ensure I left with the sealed envelope, the clerk refused to return it to me after stamping it, repeatedly stating that once processed, it could not be handed back. She also dismissed the service as a “scam” and declined my request to contact the company for clarification.
I contacted RushedPassport.com immediately, and they explained that some postal employees may not be familiar with third-party passport expediting services. Unfortunately, since it was a Saturday and their office closed early, I was unable to resolve the issue that day. I returned to the post office the following Monday, but received the same response and was unable to proceed.
Due to these complications, I had no choice but to cancel the service. I notified the company of my cancellation; however, I was informed that I was not eligible for a refund based on their policy. I was told they would follow up within 7–10 days regarding my case, but I did not receive any response within that timeframe. As a result, I ultimately had to dispute the charge.
While I cannot definitively speak to the legitimacy of the service, my experience was frustrating and unresolved. Based on the lack of communication and inability to complete the process, I am leaving a 1-star review.
