Rushedpassport delivered our passports in time for a birthday vacay celebration!
I used Rushedpassport for their 8-10 day expedited passport processing service and surprisingly we received our passports in 7 days! Their customer service team was knowledgeable, responsive, and clear about the process and expected time frame prior to me becoming a client which is why I chose this company. The professionalism continued with my assigned account specialist (Lasia) and other members of her team. I 10/10 recommend Rushedpassport to anyone in need of a reliable passport processing service. Their responsiveness and commitment to accuracy made the experience stress-free.

A Couple of Days Early…
I received my passport a couple of days earlier than I was told. Customer service took my many calls asking questions or just being worried about the whole process. I can't deny I was weary at first. However, they delivered an exceptional service!

Very poor service
Very poor service, no attention to the customer, they said they reached out to me but never did, stole my money and never offered anything back even though they offer satisfaction guaranteed. I recommend you look somewhere else.

Outstanding experience
Rushed passport was a great service for me. Amanda F answered all my phone calls, responded quickly to all my emails. She was very knowledgable of the entire process and trouble shooted and fixed a situation we ran into. Because of her, the company itself gets an outstanding review from her. She deserves a raise!

Give people a hard time all the way…
Give people a hard time all the way thru the process it’s my second time using them. First time everything went smoothly and fast but these second time they gave a hard time my questions where never answered it’s just back and forth between them and I. And know my passport it’s going to be late I have to move my trip due to passport not arriving on time…

Quick and fast
Quick, fast, and easy to submit paperwork. The office personnel assigned to my request were kind and courteous, answered all the questions I had and I received my documents before my scheduled date. I would use this company again.
