Running WarehouseReviews of runningwarehouse.com

Everything fine with the product I ordered but they cheat on the prices. Once you pay for everything they will add custom duties as extras and you don't gonna get you the product without paying them. And they say NOTHING about that until you pay and place the order. I have compared prices with others (and all of them included custom duty in the price) and they were slightly cheaper but with this dishonest move from their side, I overpay around 20% of the market price. UPD: The company offered to refund extra costs.

Llevo esperando un pedido 2 semanas, y lo peor es que le escribo correos para preguntar y a ninguno me contestan

Very good prices on wide selection of gear and the best customer service anywhere. This is a site where I'm willing to pay a bit more than minimum price (although a lot of the time they also have the best price) because I know I will get top notch service

I ordered a pair of Asics a month ago. I had some issues with my CC because I am not from US and my bank does not like payments in USD. The staff is very polite, friendly and willing to help. They spent a lot of time helping me. Also, they had the lowest price on my Nimbus 19 than anywhere else.

Great price, fast shipping, smooth transaction.

No volvere a comprar !!!!

Awful customer service, Awful website. Once your item is paid they couldn't give a f%$k about your custom. Had to return a pair of asics. took 6 weeks to refund my money. refused to pay the shipping. so they still owe me 12 euro. technically robbed me of 12 euro. Worst online shopping experience of my life.
