Running WarehouseReviews of runningwarehouse.com

Very disappointed with being dismissed outright by this retailer when my pairs of ASICS failed after light usage - a sharp plastic rod is literally sticking through the fabric at the back, into my heel. This is not a usage issue! Disgraceful behaviour and a waste of my time to progress to the manufacturer and Fair Trading. I wish I’d checked here first before buying.

I purchased a couple of socks on sale with a birthday gift voucher. They arrived in a filthy condition and when I reached out to customer support they said to wash them and if they didn’t come up clean they’d give me a credit. They blamed it on the box being dirty but, as someone who has worked in clothing retail, I can tell that they’ve been on the floor of a shop, they even had floor fluff stuck to them and the staff obviously think it’s ok to send them in that condition (the delivery address was from a tennis store). I’m going to wash them but to be gaslit and no offered anything else to make up for it feels yuck and I won’t buy from them again.

Bought a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus 27 2E Width Size 11 in November 2025 for a Christmas present. After 4 months of wear I noticed that the inner heel of the shoe was wearing excessively than what I would expect as I have owned Gel Nimbus shoes for the past 20+ years. I contacted Running Warehouse to get an understanding of the warranty for the shoes and sent photos in of the excessive wear to them. They responded that the wear I was experiencing was "normal wear and tear" of the shoe and they would not provide any warranty for the shoe, whether a direct exchange or even a partial credit to purchase a new pair of shoes. This was incredibly disappointing as on any other occassion this has occurred (not very often), Rebel Sport and other companies I have used have changed them on the spot when I have had the receipt and clearly shown that the shoes are in good condition. I would not use Running Warehouse again after this experience and look for other retailers to purchase from, even if they had a sale.

They do not have customer support. They offer an extra charge for shipping to make sure they dont mess up. Apparently if you dont pay that, they mess up. Cant say its on purpose...but they also have no support i can contact. Out money. No items. Paid for overnight shipping 2 days ago. UPS has no info other than still in senders location.

I ordered all of my running shoes from running warehouse. I tried to call the Alpharetta store on Saturday morning about my 15% military discount and Michael would not give me the discount. I have always received my military discount and he would not give it to me. That tells me that Michael is anti-military and running warehouse is letting him steal my discount. I need to spread the word on social media. That’s running warehouse is anti-military.
