the doors work as they should

Great product, quick delivery, and the chickens love not having go wait on me!

We ordered our Run Chicken door directly from the site, it arrived quickly and was exactly as described! The instructions and installation were easy and clear. We did run into a little issue programming the door and sent an email to Run Chicken. They got back to us super quick and the problem was resolved (human error on our part). Definitely recommend them!

Very good and amiable customer service. The doors are ready to function today ! The design is very nice and bravo for making a sun battery. Many thanks.

I love these automatic Run-Chicken doors. I have 5 of them. One on the main coop and one on each of the hen houses inside the main coop. It gives wonderful peace of mind when I am away and not available to shut my chickens safely away. The only problem I’ve had is that one of my roosters bulldozes his way out prior to the door opening all the way. It causes the door to stop halfway open and then it doesn’t open or close at sunrise or sunset. If I don’t catch it my chickens are vulnerable to prey animals. Other wise these doors are awesome!

I recommend the chicken coop door. very good product top-notch after-sales service listening to the slightest problem

I can’t say thank you enough for both the door and the customer support I got when I messed up a setting which caused the door not to open. I work nites so I had very little sleep until I got the support to correct it. It’s an amazing addition and It am very happy with the customer service team in particular

Absolutely reliable door, the app is simple and self-explanatory. Especially worth mentioning is the great support and the help that you get immediately with questions and problems. I now have two doors and will not take any other brand. Absolute purchase recommendation
